Vincent Marniquet

Paris based architect and urbanist, he has been practising both painting and photography in a cross exploratory manner between the two mode primarily driven by the pleasure of a process without "any a priori" nor formal intentions…but often obsessional, he attempts to recover traces of primitive, buried energies, something raw, open to randomness and surprises, nothing pre-determined, a different vision. Consistent with this exploratory practice, intimate and consciously close the anal stage, Vincent Marniquet never exposed.

Architecte urbaniste basé à Paris où il dirige sa propre agence depuis 2000, il exerce la peinture et la photographie depuis longtemps dans une pratique conduite par le plaisir du processus le plus primitif possible.
